Personal Data Processing Policy

This Policy applies to data provided through the website, email and WhatsApp. Processing is carried out under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including the RA Law on Personal Data Protection.

We may process a name, company name, phone number, email address, inquiry content and other information voluntarily provided.

Technical providers may process limited IP address, device, browser and visit data required for the operation and security of the website.

Responding to inquiries, offering consultations or services, preparing and performing contractual relationships, maintaining communications, meeting legal obligations, and operating and securing the website.

Consent, steps requested by the data subject before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation of the Operator, or another ground permitted by law.

Data is provided voluntarily by email, phone, WhatsApp, the website’s inquiry form or another listed channel. The “Send an inquiry” form passes the data entered to the Operator by email; the website itself does not store it.

The website uses an embedded Yandex Maps map and an external WhatsApp link. When these services load or open, the relevant provider may process technical data under its own privacy terms. The Operator does not control the provider’s independent processing.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, and the inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is sent by a person; for this, Cloudflare processes technical data such as the IP address and browser characteristics. Inquiries reach the Operator by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which keeps sent messages for a limited period. Both providers process data under their own privacy terms.

Access is limited to employees and service providers who need the data for the stated purposes and are bound by confidentiality. Data is disclosed to public authorities only where and as required by law.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for its purpose and, where contractual or legal duties apply, for the relevant statutory periods. It is then deleted or anonymised unless another lawful retention ground applies.

The Operator applies reasonable organisational and technical safeguards against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction, taking account of the nature and risks of processing.

A user may request information, correction, updating, blocking or deletion of data and may withdraw consent by writing to cfpo.am@gmail.com.

Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and does not prevent processing required by law or supported by another legal ground.

Data may be transferred to another country with the data subject’s consent or where transfer follows from a lawful processing purpose and is necessary to achieve it, subject to Armenian law.

A transfer to a country without an adequate level of protection is made only on a lawful basis and, where required, with authorisation from the competent authority and adequate contractual or other safeguards.

Persons processing personal data must preserve confidentiality during the performance of their duties and after those duties end, except where disclosure is permitted by law.
